I had a very disappointing first experience at this dealership. I currently own a Chevy Tahoe RST and was looking into upgrading to a 2026 Tahoe RST or Suburban. While walking around the vehicles on the lot and discussing my options with my husband over the phone, I noticed a salesman writing down what appeared to be my VIN and license plate number. I assumed he was gathering information to help put together some numbers for a potential trade-in. When I went inside and politely asked if he was the one writing down my information, he responded rudely by telling me that it was private parking and I was not allowed to park there. I explained that I was there looking at vehicles and had not walked across the street, as he claimed. There were no signs indicating that the parking spaces were private or reserved. I told him I would take my business elsewhere, and he responded by saying I could work with another salesman. At that point, I had already made up my mind. I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle, but the way I was treated during my very first interaction was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Customer service matters, especially when someone is considering making a major purchase. Unfortunately, this experience was enough to make me take my business elsewhere.
